Rosanne Kern is Senior Vice President and COO & National Sales Director of Corporate Banking for Citizens Bank. Corporate Banking, the largest division in the Commercial Banking group, holds $65 billion in loan commitments and $32 billion in deposits, generating approximately 55% of annualized Commercial Banking revenue. 

As the COO and National Sales Director of Corporate Banking, Kern is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division, strategy of the banker coverage model and go-to-market vision, sales enablement design and support for the bankers and project management for enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Rosanne previously held the position of the Chief Financial Officer for the Corporate Banking, CRE and Portfolio Management divisions within Commercial Banking at Citizens prior to her recent role as COO & National Sales Director. [Text Wrapping Break] 

Kern joined Citizens in 2011 to help lead the RBS Transformation project for the Citizens division.  Then moved on to be part of the Commercial banking finance team as the Chief Financial Officer for the Middle Market division of Corporate Banking.  

Before joining Citizens, Kern held several finance positions at Bank of America (via Fleet acquisition), JP Morgan and AIG.  Kern is a graduate of Scranton University, where she received a B.S. in Finance and a minor in History.  Rosanne currently resides in Lincoln, Rhode Island and works in the Boston office of Citizens.
