Donna Jaskolski is the Customer Experience Officer at Civista Bank, a $3.4 billion community bank focused on developing long-term relationships with clients and community. Much of her work is concentrated on improving the customer and employee experience. Donna believes in engaging employees to create the overall customer experience.
Since joining Civista Bank in 2017, Donna has worked on several transformative projects, including leading the bank through a complete systems conversion as the sponsor of Civista’s Digital Banking project
In 2019, she began working with internal partners to develop a Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the organization. The group launched Civista Bank’s DEI Council in 2020 with 30 founding members. Providing members with access to informative speakers and learning opportunities continues to help the organizations’ focus on inclusion and retention of talent. At the start of 2021, she introduced the Women in Business Employee Resource Group engaging women and allies across the organization.
As a curious learner and culture geek, Donna is known for her energy and making ideas come to life. She has a natural gift of identifying people’s strengths and bringing out the best in them.
In her personal life she is currently obsessed with organizing her family’s home, which is driving her husband of 34 years and grown sons crazy! She is passionate about growing lavender, an avid reader and cross-stitching enthusiast.
