If you want to focus on Amazon or Chase or whoever your competitor is and what they’re doing for the customer, you’re not focusing on your customer. I think what you have to do is figure out, “What specifically do my customers need?” And then meet those needs where they are when they are, instead of where you are when you want. The customer will sense when you’re sorting to make things better for them.”
